INTEGRATE WITH SWISS PRECISION
icCube is a single Java process running on any OS. Thanks to its modular architecture and respect of well-accepted standards (e.g., HTTP, J2EE, JCR), icCube can be deployed in high availability solutions demanding absolute reliability. It can also be set up as a redundant solution, maintaining performance and consistency.
BUILT TO INTEGRATE
icCube is especially made to be seamlessly embedded into 24/7 production solutions. Thanks to its fine-grained security system (up to cell-level detail capabilities) icCube will fit your solution’s authentication & authorization system.
SELF SERVICE DASHBOARD EDITOR
Provide the ability to your end-users to view, create, edit, interact and collaborate on any dashboard thanks to icCube’s drag & droppable Reporting Editor. Work with real time data on a fully browser-based solution, therefore accessible from anywhere and on any device.
YOUR BRAND EXPERIENCE
COST & TIME SAVING
Externalize the analytics capabilities you need in your solution and focus on your business. Think about maintenance, internal development team and your user’s requests for additional features in the long run.
SUPPORT THAT TEAMS-UP
We distinguish ourselves from the pack by bringing support to the next level. With best time to market for new features requests and a closeness to the client we greatly value, we provide you with high quality support your company and solution can rely on.
TRUSTED BY LEADING COMPANIES
Most B2B software/Saas companies reach a point where they conclude they don’t want to develop their own analytic capabilities -it is just too much time and effort, and it represents a distraction from their core capabilities.
“We have spent 10+ years developing an embeddable analytics platform so that software/SaaS companies wouldn’t have to. The platform is quick to implement, performant, mature and reliable. Product and development teams use it to embed analytic capabilities seamlessly inside their applications.”
icCube is an embeddable analytics platform that blends invisibly into your end-customer user experience and passes off as your own.
It provides a flexible licensing methodology that is reflective of the value the software/SaaS company brings its customers.
Besides, Support is given by Engineering (no Customer Service layer): we bring together (your product) developers with (our product) developers (dev2dev).
CUSTOMERS WHO LOVE OUR SERVICES
A SOFTWARE/SAAS COMPANY’S JOURNEY WITH ANALYTICS
Finding a solution that is flexible enough to meet your users needs, while maintainable enough to keep your developers focused on core competency, all the while staying on-time and on-budget is no easy feat. As an application evolves, we frequently see development teams go through the same cycle:
PHASE I: Component Library + Code (6-18 Months)
Usually, if you have in-house developers, it will all start with a low-to-zero cost component library and then “…let the coding begin!”. To get started, this is a super flexible component with only a few obstacles. However, it is also very time-consuming. In addition to the irregularities and disruptions within the team, there are things like security permits, web authoring, and self-service BI and analytics implementation. Do you really want to develop (and maintain) all that? My guess is no. In the end, most development teams end up looking for a different solution. Can you guess which?
PHASE II: BI-Tool (12-24 Months)
For most software companies there comes a breaking point in which the “Library + code” component becomes unsustainable and takes to much development time away from building the features you and your costumers are passionate about. That is when executives turn to BI tools, which are easy to set up and maintain compared to a library of graphics. Plus, custom code has a limited technical and business flexibility which may clash with the user experience of the software you are already using. Choosing either to use a finished BI product or a software with a truly embedded analytics experience is a strategic company decision.
PHASE III: Embedded (12+ Months)
For those of you who have skipped the previous phase, congratulations! You’re ahead of the competition. For those of you who haven’t, it’s okay too! We’re glad you’ve realized you need something more AND that we can help you save money, time, effort, and mitigate risk. If you found us, hopefully, you are aware of the benefits embedded analytics have to offer. By relying on an analytics engine built to integrate with other software while continuing to provide high-quality reports to users, development teams can balance flexibility and maintainability. This way the creation is an ongoing experience which allows your teams to focus on what matters to your users while providing them the branded analytics experience they need.
