A Swiss company specialized in Business Intelligence (BI), icCube develops solutions that allow businesses to collect, structure, and analyze their data to better manage their operations. A conversation with Nathalie Leroy, expert at icCube.

What is your solution, and how does it complement existing systems?

We offer a BI solution that allows for the compilation, structuring, and analysis of data using advanced multidimensional models. This enables the creation of interactive dashboards that provide highly detailed navigation through the information. These compiled data help to enhance and leverage valuable insights, adding significant value to the data. Unlike many BI platforms, icCube stands out for its ability to integrate directly with solutions already developed and used by its clients. The solution does not replace existing tools; it enhances them by adding an advanced analytical layer. The goal is for our solution to naturally blend into the existing environment. The integration is complete—on a technical, security, and visual level, with fully customizable interfaces adapted to the client's software environment.

As a standalone BI tool?

Absolutely. While our strength lies in integration, icCube works perfectly as a standalone solution. As they say: "He who can do more can do less."

For which businesses?

icCube is intended for B2B, mainly for software and solution providers who wish to integrate advanced analytical features into their own platforms without having to develop them themselves, and benefit from guarantees in terms of security and sovereignty. The applications cover many sectors, for example, real estate, allowing for the centralization of accounting data, tenant management, disputes, or maintenance. In energy, Newton Energy uses icCube for predictive simulation of supply and demand. The medical sector uses it for treatment monitoring and mass action automation. Most recently, the Dutch company Datap chose icCube to guarantee its European sovereignty.

What security and data guarantees do you offer?

We are not a cloud solution. The data remain hosted on our clients’ infrastructure. This is a crucial point today because data governance and sovereignty have become central issues. Our solution also offers very fine-grained access rights management, fully customizable according to user profiles. Whether for a financial, medical, or other application, it’s essential to ensure that each user only accesses the data they are entitled to.

How do you facilitate user adoption?

Each client is different, so we tailor our support with a fully customized production deployment program. Some companies have very autonomous internal teams, while for others, we take a more active role. We are proud to be recognized for our very high-quality support.
