The client needed to consolidate heterogeneous data from MongoDB, SQL, and the complex Abacus ERP system into a unique data model to power advanced analytics. Key challenges included:

Using a custom connector and a sophisticated ETL process with advanced data manipulation techniques, icCube integrated data from MongoDB, SQL, and Abacus ERP into a single data model that feeds role-specific dashboards. These dashboards are directly embedded into the PropTech UI, appearing native to end users while hiding the backend complexity, ensuring a seamless experience. The solution also offers a secure, scalable foundation for customized analytics and future growth, with access controls ensuring users only see data relevant to their roles.
